WHO WE ARE
Bible Baptist Church is a Sovereign Grace Baptist Church, believing in the faith once for all delivered unto the saints as expressed in the Scriptures, which embraces all of the counsel of God (Jude 3, Acts20:26-27). We hold that our doctrine stands on solid biblical basis as well as in the best historical tradition of Baptists and other true evangelicals. We believe that the very heart of the Gospel is expressed in the Doctrines of Grace, which you will find listed below:

1. Total depravity of man.
2. Unconditional election by God, the Father.
3. Particular redemption by the blood of Christ the Son.
4. Effectual calling of the Holy Spirit.
5. The perseverance, or preservation, of true saints.
STATEMENT OF FAITH
Bible Baptist Church is a body of believers who have been transformed by the grace of God for the glory of God. It is our desire that Jesus Christ is glorified in all that we do as we seek to be conformed to His image in all that we are. Our fundamental commitment is to the gospel of Jesus Christ.

BBC of Maplewood is a confessional church, seeking to corporately confess truths that unite us in doctrinal affirmation. We find that the Second London Baptist Confession of 1689 accurately express's what we believe.​
OUR PURPOSE
The purpose of this church is to glorify the God of the Scriptures in promoting His worship, evangelizing sinners, and edifying saints. To this end we are committed to proclaiming God’s perfect law and His glorious gospel of grace in Jesus Christ throughout the world, and to defending the “faith which was once delivered unto the saints” (Jude 3).
